ask for your personal details at the time of ordering
so that we can fulfil your order with us. That
information will never be shared.
3. Copyright and Use of the Site
All of the designs featured on this website
remain the property of Heavenly leads by Big Black
Dog. You may only use this site for personal
use, and not for commercial use.
4. Ordering
Before ordering any bracelet please make sure that
you have correctly taken your wrist measurement
using the instructions given on the
ordering page, as
each bracelet is bespoke and made specifically to
your wrist size, and for this reason, we cannot
offer refunds. You will need to add this measurement
in the box on the payment page on PayPal when you
order. We will send you an email confirming
your order, please check all details are correct as
soon as possible.
If there are any changes or alterations,
please inform us immediately as the bracelets are
made to order and cannot be altered once work has
started.
5. Payment
Payment can be made either via PayPal, a secure
online payment system, or by cheque

6. Delivery
Please allow 28 days from receipt and clearance
of payment for UK deliveries.
Deliveries will be made in the UK by Royal
Mail Special Delivery service to the address given
on the order and will need to be signed for.
For International orders, we will
let you know the approximate delivery times by
email. Please be aware, that for International
orders, you may have to pay import duty and taxes
which vary from country to country. Please contact
the local customs office in your country for further
information.
NB Big Black Dog reserves the right to alter
delivery charges in the event of any disruption or
price increases made by Royal Mail but we will
advise you by email.
